Kansas State Assessments

The Kansas Assessment Program (KAP) is coming soon! Students will have the chance to show all the amazing things they’ve learned this year. Testing will take place from the end of March through mid-April.

Here’s what’s coming for grades 3–5:
• 3rd Grade: ELA and Math
• 4th Grade: ELA, Math, and Social Studies Performance Assessment
• 5th Grade: ELA, Math, and Science

Teachers will share the exact testing days for each class. If possible, please try to avoid scheduling appointments on those days to help students stay focused and on track.

We’re excited to celebrate our students’ learning! This is their chance to shine and show what they know and demonstrate their growth and success.
