We’re excited to announce our 3rd Annual Bison Stampede Fun Ruin & Walk happening on October 10, 2025 from 1:00 - 3:00!
This exciting event is proudly hosted by the Oliver Brown PTO and is a great way for students and their families to come together in support of our school. Parents are welcome to join in on the fun with their student or to cheer from the sidelines. If you would like to participate, no strollers/bikes/scooters are allowed for safety.
Students are encouraged to collect flat donations or per-lap pledges, with each completed lap earning them a bracelet to celebrate their efforts. The highest earning students/classes will earn additional prizes!! We will have a donation collection day on October 2 and October 9. All lap pledges donations will need to be turned in by October 16
Kona Ice will be set up in the East parking lot (back of the building) and each class get a snow cone following their run. Sugar free and dye free options are available. Please complete the Kona Ice form and return it with cash by October 3. If you would like to donate a snow cone to make sure all children can have one, then please write that on the form.
The run schedule is as follows:
Schedule:
1:00 1st grade
1:20 Kindergarten
1:40 2nd grade
2:00 3rd grade

We need parent volunteers to help keep students safe and, on the pathway, as well as distribute bracelets for laps completed. If you are interested in volunteering, please attend our quick meeting on October 1 at 5:30 PM in the Oliver Brown Elementary conference room.
We can’t wait to see our Bison herd stampede toward fun and fitness—all while supporting our amazing school!
